Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue refunds or process returns on digital products. A digital product includes any digital download that is not physically shipped to your provided mailing address, free or premium (paid).

Services (including readings, meal plans, etc.) are looked at on a case-by-case basis. If your service has not yet begun, you may be able to receive a refund. If your service has begun, we will not be able to process your return or issue a refund. In some cases, we do reserve the right to issue refunds, depending on the process of your service. For t-shirts, coffee mugs, aprons, pillows, bags, and other printed merchandise, the return policy varies on a case-by-case basis. If you have received a faulty product (holes, stains, cracks, etc.), your graphic or words are misplaced (crooked, misplaced, skipped ink upon printing, etc.), you’ve received the wrong image on your item, you’ve received a completely incorrect product (size, color, graphic, etc.), or your merchandise has been shipped to the wrong address, we may be able to process a refund.
